Mr. Wayne “Cat” Blanchard, has been serving as Assessor of Assumption Parish since 1999. He has been married for 29 years and resides in Napoleonville. The Assessor’s office currently employs 5 full-time employees and several part-time employees who assist with taking photographs and conducting property assessments. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m Monday thru Friday. The Assessor’s office continues to serve the residents of Assumption Parish with courtesy and equitable property values.
