By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) you understand that no person under the age of fourteen will be allowed to solicit on public highways, roads, and streets in Assumption Parish, 2) a minimum of one adult must be present to supervise solicitations for up to three individuals between the ages of fourteen and seventeen, 3) not more than eight solicitors will be allowed at any one intersection at one time, 4) solicitations are limited to two days per year, wheather consecutive or not, based upon organization name, 5) there is a thirty day waiting period from date of approved permit to solicitation date 6) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 7) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 8) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
